Stephen Garbutt was born in Sheffield on December 02, 1951. He is much loved and will always be remembered by all his friends and family. I met Stephen in 1991. We were constant companions, partners and the bond between us, remains. Even now you are no longer here. My main goal in life now is to make sure that the Doctor who made the terrible mistakes, what took your life, is made to admit those mistakes. No less will do. You were in hospital to be cared for. Not to be killed by the very people we trusted to look after you. You may no longer be alive, but I swear to my dying day, that no one will forget you. And, I will make that hospital pay, dearly for what they did to you. No, it won't bring you back, but if there is any truth in an afterlife, at least you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you didn't die for nothing.
